Will I get paid time and a half today?
Posted March 31st, 2009Hello, it is labor day and I have to work because my boss is supposedly on vacation in New Orleans (LIAR)…. I am non-exempt so will I get time and a half or holiday pay today? Is it illegal if he doesn’t pay me holiday pay? Also, can I refuse to work a holiday?
